Carla Norwood
Chairperson
Carla, a longtime resident of Champaign, has a degree in Advertising/Mass Communication. During her 38-year career with the State of Illinois, she worked in various capacities, the last of which was as an adjudicator. Her interests are her faith and clean air. She emphasizes that, "Clean air is essential to the health and wellbeing of our community and environment."
Daniel J. Twedt
Vice Chairperson
Dr. Daniel Jay Twedt – Retired Research Wildlife Biologist (Ornithologist). Dan is currently a real estate investor, a small orchard and vineyard owner, and an art student.
Gail Miller
Treasury
Gail Miller spent over twenty years as a business management professional with a major air/cargo logistics company. Now retired, she enjoys spending her time traveling and playing recreational league tennis. She holds a graduate degree from the University of Memphis.
Dorothy Herrington
Secretary
An incarceration-program volunteer, Dorothy has a very good sense of Champaign's and Urbana's history She has always enjoyed gardening and serving different facets of the community.
